CONTEMPORARY GUITAR MAKING
Five-day lecture/demonstration seminar, limited to six students per session

($200 deposit, $800 balance due two weeks before course start)

HANDS-ON GUITAR MAKING
Two-week hands-on building course, limited to 4 students per session
Tuition $3500.00 + materials (approximately $350)
($1000 deposit, $2500 balance due two weeks before course start)

NOTE:  Each Hands-On Guitar Making course is designated as either a Steel String or Classical guitar building course.  Please see the Hands-On Guitar Making course description.

Enclosed is my tuition deposit of $_____________ , payable to Charles Fox. Please reserve a spot for me in the session dates written above. (Please write in your course dates).  I understand that my tuition balance of $_____________   is due at least two weeks before the course start date. I understand the cancellation policy as follows:

Contemporary Guitar Making: deposit will be refunded, minus a $100 administrative fee if I cancel this reservation less than two weeks before the course start date.

Hands-On Guitar Making: deposit will be refunded, minus a $500 administrative fee if I cancel this reservation less than 30 days before the course start date.

     The my tuition is not refundable if I cancel my reservation less than two weeks before the course start date unless my spot can be filled by another student, in which case I will receive a full refund minus the administrative fee. My tuition will be refunded in full in the case of any course cancellation by ASL.
